With over 22 years of experience working in all phases of a building's life cycle, including design development, construction, preventative maintenance and rehabilitation, our clients can rest assured that they will benefit from the most technologically up-to-date information, planning and execution of any project they entrust to OLYMPIQUE. We draw from the extensive experience of our sister company that specializes in Exterior Building Maintenance (EBM) which allows us to understand how the organic nature of a building's façade is best accessed for proper and efficient maintenance.

Our goal is to design façade access systems for buildings whose long term beauty is enhanced by the "design-in" of preventative maintenance elements in concert with architectural design. This is accomplished by a comprehensive assessment of the site work, façade elements and code compliance issues affecting the roof level façade access installations which are subsequently used to perform EBM.
