With David’s experience and high integrity, he brings an exceptional level of service to the Exterior Building Maintenance and Façade Access industry. David brings over 28 years of experience working in all phases of a building’s life cycle, including Design Development, Construction, Preventative Maintenance and Rehabilitation. His core competence as a Construction Management Professional is in Exterior Building Maintenance, Façade Access, Fall Protection and the design and installation and commissioning of Exterior Building Maintenance equipment. He has a proven level of personal and professional mastery sufficient to achieve goals and build healthy, mutually beneficial relationships.
Lori joined the Olympique team in 2013. Her experience in leasing and land development of large industrial building plus the home building industry has provided understanding and needed support to the company. She leads by example and assists in maintaining a compliant, safe and good environment for our staff. Lori’s professionalism and consistency are aspects that are applied daily which is a great asset to the OLYMPIQUE team.
Stephanie brings over 20 years of accounting and business experience to the OLYMPIQUE Team. Her forward-thinking approach to business is what drives her to the next level. From business management to business development tasks and responsibilities Stephanie strives at providing the most effective and efficient results while assuring the best process and procedures are put in place.
Samantha ensures company policy and procedures are performed with accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service. Samantha, Contracts Administrator and Project Accountant, is responsible for managing the contracts process, insurance compliance and accounting on a per project basis. With more than six years of experience she is dedicated in overseeing each project through the completion of our services.
Roberta ensures invoices are prepared with accuracy and efficiency according to the terms of each client’s specifications. Roberta, is responsible for invoice billing and insurance compliance. She has over 15 years of accounting experience. She maintains an exceptional work ethic and demonstrates professionalism in all that she does. She is always ready to help if anyone needs assistance.
Katie is driven and determined to provide the highest level of service to all clients ensuring that all projects are thoroughly coordinated with the design team. Katie has 11 years working within the construction industry and almost 3 years as Project Manager at OLYMPIQUE. After completing her Building Surveying at the University of Brighton (UK) Katie immigrated to California in 2014. Since working for OLYMPIQUE she has a consistent track record of managing projects from start to finish proficiently and on time. She effectively coordinates with the design team to manage changes to the project design, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Always eager to develop her skills further Katie is currently studying for her PMP certification.
Comfortable working in a deadline driven, creative environment, John has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. John has been working in the AEC industry for over 20 years. He has extensive experience with architectural design, CAD, visualization, BIM, and project management. John is currently leading the Revit Production Program at OLYMPIQUE and is responsible for product development and launching Revit as our primary production tool.
Sergio’s urge to deliver more than the client’s expectations has always been his top priority. Sergio has more than 8 years’ experience in the façade access industry for a variety of projects including Type III and V, high rise and commercial. Dedicated professionalism and creative personality allow for a smooth easy to work with environment. Manages time wisely and efficiently to meet deadlines for all projects. Sergio maintains current knowledge and proficiency in current computer-aided drafting software, including 18 years in AutoCAD experience.
AutoCad draftsman with over 20 years of experience in the Architectural field. Emphasis in Commercial design, including Tenant Improvements, knowledge of ADA codes, and ability to perform hand drafting. Paul feels he’s part of a very experienced team here at Olympique. His experience in Facade Access grows with every project he completes. He also has over two decades of working with AutoCAD in the Architectural field.
Bernadette’s experience goes all the way across the board. Bernadette has worked nearly every discipline in Civil Engineering from land development, water/wastewater, transportation, earthworks, environmental. From every new discipline that she was exposed to, it has allotted her to take that experience and apply it to the next. This makes it easy for her to acclimate to new tasks that are given. Bernadette has been on both sides of production, so she knows how to prioritize and effectively utilize her working time to QA/QC, helping reduce the amount of editing between drafter and project manager/engineer.
Elliott brings over 16 years of Project Management experience to the OLYMPIQUE Team. He strives to provide the best help and advice to clients by utilizing OLYMPIQUE’s extensive compliance and standards knowledge. Elliott overseas the SIT Department by coordinating annual inspections, facilitating repairs and services. He works closely with the SIT Technicians in assuring the team is delivering the most effective service while providing guidance and making sure each project is OSHA compliant.
Zechariah carefully provides the most effective inspections as well as repairs which bring up the building and equipment up to code compliance. Zechariah has been working with OLYMPIQUE since 2012 as an SIT Technician providing inspection and service on window washing equipment for high-rise buildings. His experience and knowledge extends to davits, hoist motors, wenches, wire ropes, pulleys, etc. Zechariah also performs annual and pre-use inspections to verify all equipment is in safe working order and meets all OSHA Standards. Since 2007 Zechariah has had a well-versed experience in the Construction Industry which have provided a good base of knowledge when handling all current projects, inspections and repairs.
